We are looking for caring and creative adults to fill our After CARES positions. Responsibilities include providing a safe and welcoming environment, checking students in and out, providing homework support, wiping down tables after students have been picked up, etc. After CARES is offered from 3 pm - 6 pm daily, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise noted. Virtus training and hands-on CPR training are required. Additional online modules are required if hired. Successful candidates will foster the mission of the school through admissions, recruitment, and retention efforts of Spanish speaking families in our school community. Through outreach, school tours, and ongoing support, the candidate will promote the benefits of a St. Pius X Catholic education to current and prospective families. The candidate will serve as a liaison and when necessary, translator for Spanish families to strengthen communication channels and partnerships with school faculty and staff.
The candidate must be proficient in Spanish language communication, organized, proactive, possess good communication and interpersonal skills, and nurture welcoming and supportive relationship building.
